Looking to redesign? You've come to the right place. During your redesign drop off meeting, you'll sit down with owner & designer, Desiree, to come up with the perfect solution that best suits your needs. After our meeting, you can leave your piece with us completely assured that you'll love your new jewelry. All of your unused metal will be scrapped and your account will be credited the value of your gold or platinum. **We unfortunately cannot accommodate late arrivals beyond 15 minutes for appointments due to short staffing and scheduling. Since we travel to shows, we have to cluster our in studio appointments for when we are in town. If you are late to your appointment, this pushes back our entire schedule for the day, which is unfair to our other clients. Please arrive on time and let us know within 24 hours if you can no longer make your appointment and need to reschedule.**
